My comment on collaboration:
As teachers are exposed to the many ideas, tools, concepts, projects available to them, and if they are provided with a colleague willing to guide them, assist them, work with them, I think they would be willing to venture into unknown territority, broaden their horizon, shake it up a little to keep it interesting.
